She is a visionary with proven strengths in communications, marketing, branding, and project management, alongside a proven track record of identifying, initiating and capitalizing on business opportunities across sectors especially Africa’s Agribusiness sector.

Bamidele is an astute business facilitator, with experience facilitating and forging local and international partnerships and alliances namely with The African Development Bank, Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange the largest derivatives exchange in the Middle East, Africa commodity exchange, Alluvial Agriculture, Arab trading company and many more. In addition to this, Bamidele has spearheaded a number of high-level investment conferences in London, Germany, Ghana, Luxembourg, Nigeria, and Belgium.

Bamidele is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Welcome2Africa International (W2A), whose mission to become the center of excellence for the facilitation and deployment of investments and trade opportunities on the African continent. Through W2A’s knowledge dissemination and convening activities along with bespoke client services, W2A looks to catalyze and facilitate finance, investments and trade into and across Africa – with a special focus on Nigeria’s Agricultural sector.

Bamidele attended the prestigious Essex University, United Kingdom, and is currently a political science student at the University of Abuja.
