Noella Bigirimana is a Future Africa Forum contributor and expert. Noella is the Strategic Advisor to the Director General at the Rwanda Biomedical Center, the implementing institution of the Ministry of Health. She works closely with the senior management team in charge of implementing health programs across Rwanda. She has previously worked as a health policy consultant with the World Health Organization and USAID-funded projects in Rwanda and Guinea-Conakry.
Noella is a World Economic Forum – Global Shaper in the Kigali Hub. She is passionate about health system strengthening, women empowerment and youth employment.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Human Biology, Health and Society from Cornell University and a Master’s in International Health Policy and Management from the Heller School at Brandeis University.
