The future of the African continental free trade area Post COVID-19 pandemic (Part 1)

[In this episode, we discuss the current COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). We examine a broad range of issues pertaining to the AfCFTA such as potential delays in implementation, intra-regional trade, unemployment, manufacturing and financial aid. We offer solutions to the challenges engendered by COVID-19 and how the AfCFTA can help African economies bounce back from the economic recession post-pandemic.
